Established
in April 1990, Golden Rod Welding Ltd. has grown by
focusing its development toward satisfying our customers
various specialized requirements. These requirements
have spurred acquisition of many types of equipment
such as - Pattern Cutting table – 75 ton Iron
worker – Plasma torch with a 1 ½ “
capacity – 5’ Radial arm drill press -
Lathe Milling machines welding machines that allow
us to select the welding process to best suit you
requirements. We have also had to custom fabricate
some of our own equipment that was not available,
such as – large automatic rotator for positioning
parts – 250 ton Press/Punch press- plus more.
Golden Rod Welding Ltd. has been certified since April
1992 to CSA standards W47.1 and W59 in Division 3.
The types of products , that we produce, or work on,
cover a wide range such as – Partial & full
Structural steel fabrication – Crane fabrication
– Oilfield buildings, derricks, subs & rig
ups’ – Structural supports for Fall protection
& Fall arrest systems – complete turn key
custom built machinery – complete machining
facilities are available for repairing machinery &
many other types of projects. Portable welding &
in Shop welding is available as required & we
have our own 30’ trailer with a 20,000 lb. capacity
to transport our customers projects.
We can satisfy most requirements from large production
runs to single custom produced items & we can
provide the various types of reports & MTR’s
that you’re company requests to provide evidence
of conformance to I.S.O. 9000 or other standards.
